CompSci, LLC collects SMS consent verbally, either by phone or in person. Before enrolling you in text reminders, our staff read the following script and enroll you only if you affirmatively agree:

Messages sent under this program are transactional and informational only, never marketing. You may receive:

- pre-appointment survey links, sent prior to your scheduled appointment.

Record-keeping
We log each consent interaction internally, including the date, time, staff member who obtained consent, and your recorded response. These records are retained for as long as you remain enrolled in text reminders and are available to you upon request.
